Privacy requests

Ask for a copy of your Kautio data, a correction, or deletion, with or without the app.

The quickest route is inside the app. Settings has Export my data and Delete account, and both take effect without waiting on us.

Use this form if you can't get into the app, or if you have never had an account — for example, you received a text message from Kautio and want your number removed.

Kautio accounts are tied to a phone number, not an email address. Put the phone number your request is about in the details box so we can find the right records. We confirm every request with you before acting on it.
